Q.What is the difference between Select Access and Non-Select
Access? A. Most calls
in the US will be 4.9¢ per minute. The 4.9¢ rate
applies for Select Access Areas which are determined
by the phone number you are placing the call from.
You may enter the originating phone number on the
home page to determine if the area is a Select Access
Area. If the number is not in a Select Access Area,
then the rate is 8.9¢ per minute.

is the Credit Limit for? A.The Credit Limit is the amount
of credit we extend to you for the billing cycle. You are
able to choose your credit limit amount. This is the total
amount that can be charged during your billing cycle.

A) You give us a phone number from
where you Place many of your long-distance calls from.
B) We program your phone number into our system.(Up to

call, our system will automatically recognize your account

is a Postpaid Service. You only pay for the calls you make
and if you do not use our service during the month there
is not a monthly fee.

I receive a Bill? A.To can
receive a paper bill each month for an additional $ 1.00 each
month. This is only charged when you use the account.

can view your bill online quick and easy. Call records are
updated daily so you can see your call records within 2-3
business days after making the call. This allows you to see
what you are being charged and monitor your account.

are the Local Access Numbers? A.You
dial the same 800 number anywhere in the US and if you are in Select
Access areas you are billed the lower rate.

Q. How do I get my password for Web Billing?A.
Go Home page and click
on Get My Password. Put in your 7 Digit Account
number(Phone Number Without area code) or email address
and your password will be sent to the email address on
file.

Are there any Surcharges, Connection Fees or Hidden charges?
A.We charge a $ 1 monthly billing
fee charged only when you have usage. Also, there is a 60
cent per call fee when you make a call from a pay phone.

May of 1997, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
adopted rules that mandated that telecommunications carriers
pay into a federal program called the Universal Service
Fund (USF). This fund helps provide affordable telecommunications
services for low-income customers and customers in rural
areas. It also provides discounts on Internet access for
eligible schools, libraries and rural health care providers.
The USF is collected from telecommunications carriers and
administered by the Universal Service Administration Corporation.
They are responsible for disbursing the funds according
to eligibility criteria established by the FCC.
